The Section of Public Health and Health policy is part of the Division of Community Based Sciences which was formed in 2002 as part of the faculty of Medicine restructuring, and comprises three Sections:

• Public Health and Health policy
• General Practice and Primary Care
• Psychological Medicine.
• The MRC Social and Public Health Sciences Unit is affiliated to the Division.
